  3. This CD-ROM publication contains material presented at the ACM SIGGRAPH 2002 
  4. conference, held in 21-26 July 2002 in San Antonio, Texas.

  11. in the "supplemental_material" folder in each program, ordered by the last 
  12. name of the primary contributor.
